How to create a request in IFTTT?

I'm trying to tie the VK API now.
Why doesn't IFTTT want to skip the request?
Everything works when I register through the browser, but here it doesn’t want to, although the token is a server one, it works from any IP.
Even when I leave Body empty and throw the entire request into the URL (static), it does not work.
