How to copy a VKontakte user image to a group?

Is it possible in vk api to somehow copy the user's image to the group, preferably on behalf of the community. Naturally, the application and the community were created by me. I looked at the photos methods, but there they only load images from the user's computer and, apparently, it will also be published on behalf of the user. And the only task is for the user to select the desired photo in the application from the list of photos that he already has on the page, and press the button in which Flash simply publishes the photo to a special group album on behalf of the community.
I would be very grateful for any hints or implementation ideas!
