How to publish an Angular SPA application?

Let's say there is a single-page application on Angular, which is not connected to the server in any way.
As I understand it, when compiling this, and indeed any Angular spa application, it turns into a set of html, css, js and binary files. So you can upload these files, for example, to GitHub pages and use it online.
How to do it?
