Just registered.
My sandbox topic was moved to drafts.
But I don’t see a button to publish from a draft. Tell me how to do it?
Just create a new topic, and manually copy everything from the draft into it??

Go to the topic editing (button with a wrench), the address should look like habrahabr.ru/edit/topic/ XXXXX /. And there should already be a PUBLISH button.
