How to publish a script to Google Cloud to make it work?

Hey!
I’ll make a reservation right away - I’m not a programmer, and over the past 4 years I haven’t written a single line. I don't know how to work with git and other versioning systems at all.
Task:
Create a script that will spin on appspot and make 302 redirects according to certain rules
I made a script, but it seems in some kind of deep test environment inside the google cloud.
Question:
In general, I do not understand how I can publish it outside so that anyone can access it.
Help me please.
Rule files through the built-in online editor, which is called from the console. I can't find this folder anywhere else.
