How to proxy traffic using social media networks and are there ready-made solutions or services?

Vodafone Ukraine has Red tariffs that provide real unlimited social networks. networks in the main domain (not 0.vk.com like Beeline) + limited regular traffic. Is it possible to proxy/tunnel traffic through social networks? networks and how is it better to transmit traffic (encode to video / images or text to LAN)? Are there already existing similar services? Are they fighting this kind of freeloading and how?
