For example: outgoing traffic crashes, *yandex* and it crashes through proxy 1.1.1.1:3128
now, traffic *shulbeke* and it goes through 2.2.2.2:3128
Naturally, transparent proxying. The proxies mentioned above are not in the Mikrotik network.

The task of traffic differentiation is solved using the firewall's Mangle table. You mark the traffic there according to some criteria (for example, using the L7 filter with the word yandex included. This is a very conditional example, there are many nuances in this case), assign a label to the traffic, and then send all packets with this label through a specific gateway (in In your case - a proxy).
