How to proxy the traffic of a third-party application on Windows?

I need to proxy all the traffic of a third party application. I used to use Proxifier , but since the software is not free, you need to look for an alternative. Of the analogues that I found: WideCap - not working like FreeCap , SocksCap - works, but the proxy and process parameters can be changed in the program itself, information about this is not saved anywhere in the file. Tried to figure out PyDivert or WinDivert , but without result. Other analogues for Windows or some guides (or even better examples) will do on how to use WinDivert or WinSocks in C # or C ++ because the docks there are extremely incomprehensible (at least for people like me).
