How to proxy a certain process in c#?

Hello!
Can you find out at least an approximate algorithm for proxying a third-party application, in c#?
And an approximate implementation, at least just areas in which to dig. For example, WideCap does it successfully, how to do the same? WideCap sources are in Delphi, and I, unfortunately, know more or less only c#.
