How to provide wireless 3g/4g internet in a dense area?

Hello! The situation is as follows: the apartment is located in an area with very dense buildings. Even EDGE-Internet is poorly caught and mobile communication is practically absent (many brick walls, the signal is strongly attenuated, possibly reflected). For some reason, there are no wired providers, but the Internet is needed. It is 10 meters to the roof from the apartment. The roof is not very convenient for installing equipment (mansard roof).
Need:

  • Organize 3g / 4g Internet (with distribution via wifi) as little as possible in terms of time and money.
  • Yota, Megafon, MTS, Beeline. It is desirable that you can work with all of them (i.e. not be tied to the equipment of one of the vendors).
  • I would like not to have places that are bottleneck for speed (such as extension cords that work via USB 1.1).
  • The maximum budget is $200 (less is better).
  • I want to get the most advantageous option in terms of price-result.
  • Ideally, there should be an Ethernet hole from where the Internet oozes.

Of the equipment, only an old Zyxel Keenetic router (ready to buy a new one).
There are too many options on the Internet and it is not clear and their combinations, which one is better in this situation.
Perhaps there are people who have already solved this problem for themselves and can advise something.
I would be glad if you share your experience and advise which equipment options are better to use.

If at all the situation is difficult and we can’t catch a 3g / 4g router, and the Internet is simply necessary in the country, in the countryside, in a country house, there is a solution - Street Ultra Pro Internet Signal Amplifier. All you need to do is insert a SIM card of any of the wireless Internet operators into a special slot and point the amplifier towards the BS. And enjoy Unlimited wireless Internet where you need it. https://youtu.be/KL2qEryQROg
