How to prove the authenticity of a screenshot and its date?
Is it possible to do this with the screenshot itself? What should be reflected on it? System date - it can be changed. Any service?
Is it possible to fake a screenshot, delete something and add something else so that it cannot be determined? For example, in the photo you can reveal traces of Photoshop.

No way. No need.
1. A notarized screenshot - a bike. Offices take money and issue a subject. But at any request, they merge with them - they, they say, just assured what they themselves saw and are not responsible for any photoshops.
2. The judge may or may not accept.
3. If we are not talking about a serious criminal offense, then no matter what the participants in the process say about this screenshot, the judge does not care. The judge has a template for this type of case and that's it.
Do you just want extra paper? Sometimes it's superfluous, right. Take a camera (yes, even on a mobile phone), take pictures of the screen yourself. You can put a fresh newspaper or some kind of news release in the frame. Everything. No notaries are needed.
There are other options, but they are all meaningless. In the Russian Federation (I assume so), almost only templates rule.
Notaries have a service - a notarial act of site inspection. The notary in your presence opens the site at the address you specified, makes printouts from the screen and certifies them. Courts in the Russian Federation accept such acts as evidence. It is clear that only information clearly visible on the printout can serve as evidence.
It is possible to fake, a screenshot is not proof of anything, of course, except when the picture is uploaded to some service where it is not possible to change the date, and even then it is doubtful.
It’s impossible: a controlled car can give out everything you need without Photoshop.
There is a service Izitru that allows you to "certify" the image.
