How do you usually protect yourself from spam?

1. Create a "white" list of all domains that send reports.
2. We create a "white" list of words (related to our field of activity) and tickets (identifiers of TP applications) in the subject of letters.
3. We create a "white" list of free expressions in the subject of letters (when our users write and ask for help in some issue, etc.)
4. Everything else is spam.
