How to protect yourself from someone else's mining?

A question. Probably going to be very dumb for a Toaster. I decided to look into the eobot website. How to find out for sure if the owners of the site (any site) use your computer for their own purposes in order to mine currency. I read that you can simply check the load on the processor through the Task Manager. If the load is large from this site, then they are mining. I heard that adblock saves you from using your laptop for personal gain. What can you advise?

Oh, moms, what does AdBlock have to do with it?
The mining program really should load the processor, and as you have already been correctly told, it is possible to look through the Task Manager, in which you can sort the processes by CPU load.
Yes, and antiviruses recognize the miner most likely as a virus, of course not 100%, but there is a high probability.
