How to protect yourself from home PRISM?

There are two computers, let's call them agent A and agent B. Both are connected to the same Wi-Fi router. Recently, the idea has increasingly arisen that agent B is thoroughly monitoring the traffic of agent A, up to collecting information that occurs at the system level and capturing video from the screen. At the same time, he gloats and does not show the slightest appearance. In this case, how can agent A gracefully get out of control of B without attracting too much attention?
PS How, in general, is it right to protect yourself from all fronts, if no one else has physical access to the PC (outsiders - everyone). I would like the help of experts in this area.

Try using a free VPN service or tor browser.
There is also a possibility that agent B has hooked you with a Trojan, check your avz laptop or here
