How to protect the server from malicious files?

There is a server on which the user can upload videos and how can I check if the user has uploaded something harmful (viruses, etc.) instead of the video?
Ps Just in case, I’ll mention it, it may be important: after downloading, the video is sent to the video processing server, processed there, and stored on the file server (possibly AWS S3)
