Look through the dev tools what font is used on such crooked texts, it is possible that you have some kind of bad font installed in Windows, or something with css - maybe some kind of advertising module is installed in the system that changes something in web styles pages.

Poor conversion settings, a crappy conversion service, the font itself is broken.
Also, all browsers render the same font differently!
