How to protect the rights to a domain in the absence of a trademark?
Hello! I used the search, there were similar topics, but I have a slightly different case.
There is one global brand, but it does not have a representative office in Russia, I have a domain name in the .ru zone, which matches the brand name, and I plan to sell products of this brand. I contacted the representatives of the brand, but they didn’t answer anything intelligible about the representative office in Russia, and as I understood that they didn’t need it, at the moment I want to sell this brand’s goods through an online store (which is under development).
Actually, the question itself is what I need to do so that at one fine moment this domain is not taken away from me, perhaps a representative will appear or someone will register an LLC with the same name. Register TM? If I register a TM, can I use the logo of this brand?

Registering an LLC does not give you any rights.
You can try to register a TM, but first, check where the TM of these guys is registered. If there is in Europe, then do not even try to register, because. Russia has signed the Madrid Protocol.
But you won’t register TM for a private person, you still need a legal entity for this.
Logo only with their consent.
In general, you have very illusory claims to the right.
