It seems to me that it is unrealistic to lose HTC - it is constantly on charge, therefore, it is nearby

There is Anti-Theft with support for:
- location detection
- will show the phone number when changing the SIM card
- lock the screen
- delete all data

I'm assuming android?
Well, firstly, put the “graphic code”, secondly, turn on “Google latitude” (tracking the location of the device using Google maps, thirdly, write down the IMEI of the device (the operator can track the device using it.) But the first two points will not save you from an experienced hacker t .k he will just immediately reflash the device and reset the codes and location.

There is such a thing - Alpha Guardian , and others like it. Hang up a sticker, and a certain amount is returned to the owner when the communicator is returned. However, it should be noted that, of course, it is less than its cost, so it is only for honest people :-)

In fact, all these programs for tracking a new number / location are ineffective, because. a simple hard reset will blow them to hell the
only way out is to write down the IMEI and, in case of theft, write a statement to the police,
and the same digital lock is not a solution, who needs a phone, not data from the phone, will bypass it in 2 accounts
ps itself I am the owner of the desire and the way, except to be attentive and careful, I don’t see)

I'd suggest a barn lock and an anchor chain so you don't get lost. But I won't.

ON the design, the new xts sense can determine the position of the phone via the Internet. I think it's not a problem to find an article on habré on htc sense

All these programs are just nonsense. There is no better or better way to track your device except for the IMEI code. This is always a reliable and one hundred percent option. Just recognize it in advance and store it somewhere, well, naturally, so that after the theft this code remains with you. Only then will the search for a phone become much easier. Read more )
