Ситуация такая - есть ~ 50 доменов, из них 8 под текущие проекты, остальные в будущем. Зоны различные - ru, рф, com, de и др. Проверено - на территории РФ сейчас нет торгового знака совпадающего с названиями доменов.
Однако очень много наслышан про обратный захват доменов, т.е. когда после обнародования проекта некая компания подает заявку на ТЗ с текстовым отображением полностью совпадающим или более 80% с названием домена.
Наиболее часто встречающийся совет по защите доменного имени есть регистрация торговой марки, но это ~ 20 000 руб. Как-то напрягает тратить 20k для каждого развивающегося домена.
Очень многие говорят, что сейчас нельзя зарегистрировать ТЗ если есть домен с таким отображением(с таким названием), также многие говорят о том, что в случае спора приоритет будет у того кто первый зарегистрировал домен или ТЗ. Однако большинство юристов говорят, что ТЗ в любом случае имеет приоритет независимо от даты регистрации домена.
Подскажите, как можно защитить доменное имя от обратного захвата минуя регистрацию ТЗ?

Попробуйте зарегить ТЗ на домен (разумеется, чтобы не было похожих уже зарегеных ТЗ), который стоит xxxxxx руб в магазине доменов, например в RuCenter и забрать его за 20к )
