How to protect against false positives in android 4.2?

Actually I bought a Chinese phone for 100 bucks, I chose it for a long time, from the minuses it turned out to be a battery for 2000 instead of three, sometimes the interface in Skype sticks and false positives of the lower buttons. In all other respects, the phone pleased, it keeps about 11 hours online in Skype, VK, mail, photos and videos, a nice screen, not a shovel, a sane camera for daytime shooting, the penultimate android, no main windows with software like on my previous Chinese.
This was not the case on the same galaxy, but there the home button was physical.
Now, when you scroll through the feed or history, I always hit the home or back button and everything collapses.
Are there any ways to overcome this problem in software?

Are you sure it's not a hardware issue? Are there any patterns in random clicks?
