How to properly write ACL for Policy Routing?

Good afternoon.
I am struggling with ACLs on the D-Link DGS-3420-28TC, I can’t prescribe it so that through these ACLs only the necessary IP traffic is wrapped in another gateway through PBR, the switch sends everything, even DHCP responses from the server. Has anyone been able to do this?
