How to properly work with ExpressionDependency and ChainedDependency in yii2?

I can't figure out how to work with \yii\caching\ExpressionDependency and \yii\caching\ChainedDependency?
Who faced, write examples.
I want to automatically flush the cache in different places.
Please don't suggest me to use \Yii::$app->cache->delete()and \Yii::$app->cache->flush()
