How to properly use third-party "Terms of Use of Sites"?

There is a site that deals with job searches (like hh, but not hh). I am doing some research and I plan to collect information on the dynamics of the availability of vacancies in certain companies. Let's say it will be the Carriage Building Plant and the Romashka cafe. Those. I want to hover the number of vacancies for these companies and all that, but without details (I just don't need them). Then, the collected data is posted publicly and the dynamics of some companies are sold.
I climb into the rules of the site, namely the "Terms of Use of the Sites", read them and do not see a single prohibition on the commercial component. And all those prohibitions that exist are very vague and can be interpreted in different ways.
So for now, I can just get on with it. Question: how to protect yourself so that they do not come to me with questions? Can assure somehow or something else to do?
I wrote a letter to the company, but they seem to have encountered this for the first time, so they did not answer anything reasoned.

In any case, they can come to you with questions. Just because they have the right to come.
