How to properly use jdbc mysql?

Good afternoon everyone again.
I'm trying to deploy a project: https://github.com/caseycarborough/jtables-crud
Created a base, trying to connect to it. And in the tables to get the results. I don't see any data. There don't seem to be any errors.
There is a connection to the database.
Changed value in Database.java a line 61.
Connection.
What could be the problem?
