How to properly upload project files to ispManager?

For the first time I'm trying to upload a site to the Internet. Hosting reg.ru I uploaded
the site files to the www/site-name.ru folder, but when I open the site itself, it gives an error, "There is no index file in the root folder of the site." The index file itself is located in the public folder, but you cannot pull it out of the public folder to the root

When creating a www domain, edit the Root Directory and Index Page values. Once created, the directory cannot be edited.
