ISPmanager 4 is dead. How to get the database?

Good afternoon! Faced with such a question, some time ago a company serviced our site, put it on its hosting in view of the fact that the contract with them was terminated, we decided to transfer the site to another hosting.
They immediately saw the problem, or rather our headache today!
This is ISPmanager 4, support was terminated on December 1, 2016. The contract with these contractors was terminated in February of this year.
Now you need to download the site database, but when downloading our database from PhpMyAdmin, it writes an error related to the file size.
How can you change the PHP version in all this situation?

phpmyadmin is just one of the database management tools. You can write a PHP script and download the database, or use any other manager.
