How to properly turn off the water heater when using for safety?
The water heater has an RCD (what comes with the wire), as well as 2 buttons (in addition to the temperature controller). So unplugging from the outlet when you go to the shower is not convenient. It remains only to turn off with the RCD or turn off these 2 buttons, as I understand it, this is turning off the heaters. If you constantly turn off the RCD (1-2 times a day), then this will not disable the water heater or the RCD?

You already have an RCD. If there is a breakdown, it will immediately turn off your water heater. Leakage currents and trip times are much less life threatening. Especially if you have everything properly grounded.
Check the operation of the RCD once a month (a week if you are paranoid) and wash calmly.
You can also add an RCD in the shield.
