How to properly structure work abroad?
Good afternoon!
The employer sends to work in an office in the UK. Work for about 3 months. At the same time, in a Russian legal entity, I take a vacation at my own expense, and in the UK I sign a temporary contract. Do not tell me how taxes and insurance premiums will be paid?
As far as I understand, I have to pay taxes on my own before July 15, and I must submit a declaration before April 30 (2015 in both cases). Taxes are paid in Russia, but not paid in the UK (because in my case, under a double taxation agreement, they are paid where the person is a resident, i.e. in Russia).
It is not entirely clear what to do with insurance premiums (FOMS, PFR, etc.). It seems that I read that they are not paid, but the answer is not obvious. I would be grateful if someone could clarify the situation.
Another nuance - how to deal with the account? If an employer opens an account in the UK, do I understand correctly that I must notify the Russian tax authorities? Are there deadlines? How to properly structure salary payments? Can he transfer it to an account in the UK? Judging by what I read, it is necessary to transfer money to Russia, and then wherever I want. Nobody faced?
Thanks
