How to properly share a printer in CUPS so that it can be seen by certain users?

Guys, tell me how to properly share a printer in CUPS so that certain users can see it? The printer is shared via CUPS, but it was forwarded via RDP for all Linux users. How to make it visible to certain users? Thanks
