How to properly set up Android NDK in Android Studio?

Hello everybody!
There was a need for the Android NDK for Android Studio. I need to implement part of the functionality in C.
I downloaded android-ndk-r11c and set the variables, but then I don’t understand what to do.
There are many instructions on the Internet, but they all contradict each other in one way or another, or are outdated.
Tell me how to properly organize the work of the NDK and the compilation of all files? Describe each step for the die-hard :)
I do everything in Windows.

yes, but it's too old. I did everything with off gradle-experimental for 0.7.0-alpha1 tools.android.com/tech-docs/new-build-system/gradl...
