How to properly set up Amazon S3 cloud storage in Bitrix?

The task is to make a backup of the site every week to the Amazon S3 cloud storage.
But when you set up cloud storage, the data (in my case, pictures) are immediately uploaded to the cloud, but they need to be uploaded to my server.
If you check the "read-only" checkbox in the Bitrix settings for the cloud storage, then the recording goes to my server, as it should be, but then regular backups are no longer available.
How can I make it so that once a week a full backup is automatically made to the Amazon S3 cloud, and at the same time, when you add data to the site, it is written to my server and read from it?

The solution to this problem is quite simple, but not obvious:
Admin -> Settings -> Cloud storage, select the cloud storage we need and in its settings in the "Rules" tab, remove the rules with empty fields.
