How to properly set up After Effects?

Help me set up After Effects CC correctly, it renders one frame for 5 seconds, while the project is not particularly loaded with anything, and the loading of the processor is no more than 25%.
More than normal hardware
i7 2600, 32 Gb DDR3, GF GTX 760
