How to properly set up a subdomain?

The situation is as follows: There is a domain ww.t1.ru registrar reg.ru the domain is delegated and hosted on digitalocean respectively in reg.ru dnsy digitalocean is registered in DNS.
It is required to create 2 subdomains: www.t0.t1.ru and www.t1.t1.ru
In the DNS of the digitalocean panel, I wrote:
@ IN A 192.192.192.192 (IP is fictitious for privacy purposes)
www CNAME t1.ru.
t0.t1.ru IN A 192.192.192.192
t1.t1.ru IN A 192.192.192.192
As a result: t1.ru opens and www.t1.ru also opens and pings, but t0.t1.ru and t1.t1. ru do not open and do not respond.
Tell me, what is missing for subdomains to work too?

Did you resolve new names or not? specify the dns of the digital server in nslookup and check the entries on them (> server % ip_adress%), if everything is ok there, but nothing works, then the delegation may be incorrect or replication to the desired DNS has not yet dispersed
