How to properly set up a dedicated Sata+SSD server?

I bought a server on hetzner, there is
1x HDD SATA 2.0 TB Enterprise
HDD2x SSD SATA 240 GB
How to properly configure the OS to be on ssd + if possible, install mysql server there, and all other files and php on Sata?

SSD in Raid-1, HDD for files. Ideally, everything is on the SSD, and the HDD is for backups.
