How to properly run a site for backlinks?
I want to run my site manually on sites with high PR.
Question to the pros:
~100 sites, is it better for everyone in a week or 10 every week?
won't ban google/yandex and others?
(placement in the profile: link to the site, articles, etc.)

Instead of sites with high PR, if you want links from profiles, I will advise the following:
Find popular sites that are similar in topic to your site and look for the opportunity to leave a link there - in the profile, etc. If you post a link in your profile on some forum, then write several adequate messages in relevant topics (on the topic, if you have something to write) - it will be much better.
If specifically on your question, then for 100 sites without a difference for a week or for 10 weeks. Usually profiles don't get indexed fast enough to worry about 100 backs in an instant.
Will it get banned? A difficult question - if the sites are spammed, not on the topic, then, in combination with other factors, such placement can cause sanctions from the side of the PS.
This high PR may not be relevant as it was last updated two years ago.
And it’s better not to drive it away at all, then it can backfire.
I suggest it is better to use ready-made trust databases, but as kopcap_va said, it’s better of course.
