The nettop has the Centos + asterisk + freepbx package installed, the disk is 250GB, at the moment you need to install a more capacious disk of 1TB, how to transfer the data correctly?
Is it possible to clone a disk using Acronis? Will both drives still be able to boot after cloning?

Yes.
When transferring to a more capacious disk, there are no problems at all.
