How will global hot spare work?

Good afternoon!
I have this question: There is a server, it has a basket of 10 disks. Three arrays are created: RAID 1 of 2 1TB disks,
Raid1 of 2 3TB disks and RAID10 of 4 600GB disks.
The remaining two disks - 3TB and 600GB are given to the global hot spare.
The question is: will the controller work normally in the event of a failure, for example, if a disk falls out of RAID1 by 1TB, the controller will be able to understand how much disk to give?
