Deployed domain controller and dns server and terminal server on Windows server 2003 R2.
Please write the sequence of actions when reinstalling the system on this machine?
It is desirable that users can work. There is no backup domain controller, but it is possible to install one.

If enlarged, then in my opinion so:
item 1. Installing a backup CD and transferring the GC role to it.
item 2. Removing the old CD from the directory.
item 3. Deploying a new CD and transferring GC rights to it, deleting a backup CD (if it is not possible to leave it).
item 4. File transfer, RDS setup.
At the same time, do not forget to use utilities like dcdiag.
