How to properly raise (import) dpm wiktionary?

I'm trying to import the wiktionary database, tried 3 mechanisms that are described on the wiktionary itself. Java script, php and perl script. Java and perl give errors when importing the English dump of the database, what is the problem, I have not figured it out. Russian is imported without errors, but only after the perl work, the database is in its normal form, there are all connections, etc. And php script takes a very long time. I read the instructions on wiktionary itself and searched the internet and I can’t find a working approach to this process. Maybe someone faced this problem, how did you decide where to dig?
