I'm afraid of being blocked. The first question concerns the privacy policy. Is it required if the application does not collect any user data? Can there be problems due to its absence? The second question is about monetization. For me, monetization will work on the side of the site (paid ads, advertising, etc.) through qiwi, regular bank cards, etc. Can Google sway their rights for this, or if transactions do not go through Google, then they will be silent? How to correctly fill in the age restrictions for the ads application?! This is where I got into a rut. What other nuances await me? Thank you all for your attention and your time

2) purchases through Google are optional, but it is advisable to follow the rule: if you need to buy from the application, you cannot open an external site (billing or whatever), or buy via the Web and spend the in-app currency, or buy through Play. However, Apple is stricter than Google here.
