How to properly publish a laravel project on beget?

I develop on a local machine using homestead.
I upload the finished project via FTP to beget. Linking public_html to public. I prescribe access to the database in .env.
As a result, I get the 500th error.
If I deploy a new project directly to beget via SSH, and then replace the changed files and drop the created ones (controllers, models, views, etc.), then everything works. But it's not very convenient.
I tried another hosting (local city, little-known), it was enough to dump everything over public_html, and put the contents of the public folder into public_html itself. And everything worked perfectly.
There are some problems with beget.
Tell me how to properly publish a laravel project on beget.
