Periodically TokenMismatchException, how so?

Periodically I catch TokenMismatchException. And a complete random. Maybe 10 times the form will go to 11, I catch an exception. The post form has:

<input name="_token" type="hidden" value="{!! csrf_token() !!}" />

Perhaps something with sessions? But session time = 120 minutes.

It's because of env. Cache configs and everything will pass)
