How to properly power stm32f103 bluepill?

Good afternoon.
Please tell me how to properly power the BluePill debug board (stm32f103)?
I found on the Internet that you can power it through any of the 3.3v pins with a current of 3.3 volts.

Either plug it into USB, or apply 3.3V to the 3.3V, GND pins.
