How to properly overclock a PC on an AMD Ryzen 5700G?

Good day to all! The question is of course obvious. Not when I didn’t overclock my PC and then at work I bought myself a Pkshka that I would like to overclock. And I don't know how to do it properly.

It is correct not to overclock it at all.
The built-in turbo boost will give higher frequencies and greater stability with less heating.
"Acceleration" of modern iron has long ceased to make sense.
