How to properly organize disk space?

there is a server, (simple) there are two disks of 1 TB. Tasks, windows server 2016 roles on it, file, IIS, Hyper-v. On the hypervisor there are 2 systems of wines 10 on one consultant plus with bases, and the second for video surveillance (it has its own 2 disks of 1 TB each, there is no particular importance here, therefore, without any raids).
