How to properly organize a 1C database backup with a cache?

Hello! Please tell me how to properly configure automatic backup of the 1C database with cache (file mode)? Is it possible? Yesterday I encountered the fact that when working in the database, the light was turned off, then when the database was started, an error related to the cache appeared. She decided by removing it. That is, the data for the last four hours of operation was lost. I thought that Acronis could help, but no, it only copies data from the disk, but does not affect the memory. Are there any ways to "online" reservation 1C? Thanks...

What does "with a cache" mean? It's not entirely clear what kind of cache we are talking about?
File backup is correct to do with the help of shadow copies. Any software that can work with shadow copies.
Acronis is also possible, as far as I know, it also uses shadow copies when backing up.
but no, it only copies data from the disk, but does not affect the memory
.A memory and do not need to be affected. When creating a shadow copy, the write buffer is forced to disk, after which the entire volume is snapshot, and work continues.

If 1C version 8, then there is no data cache in file mode. There is a single file 1Cv8.1CD which stores all the information except for the Registration Log and the full-text search index.
It is impossible to lose any work, and even more so in 4 hours. Either the entire database will end up with the loss of all data, or only unclosed transactions of the last seconds of work.

Buy a UPS. We must deal with the cause, not the effect.
