Good day! I mean BIT.ATS on a virtual machine I want to store records of conversations on a Windows ball. I do according to this manual https://oss-it.ru/157 everything is mounted everything is cool, but when I try to put something there I get permission denied (13). At the same time, everything is perfectly mounted and written on the neighboring aster with the same account. Please help me with a solution. Thanks in advance!

It is necessary to correct the rights to the mounted directory.
For example For
example sudo chown -R asterisk:asterisk /usr/share/asterisk/ "Your folder"
asterisk is the account and group under which the telephony server is running.
