How to properly link product cards between regional subdomains?

There is an online store with 5 subdomains. The product card displays stocks only in this city, but there is an idea to display stocks in other cities - a link to a card with the same product on another subdomain.
The question is - will there be negative consequences from such a linking between subdomains and is it worth closing links in noindex?
