How to properly install UltraUXThemePatcher themes?

Themes are not installed on Win10 21H1. After installing UltraUXThemePatcher 4.2.1, when you change the theme, only the wallpaper and color change.
For example, after installing the theme from the link ( https://www.deviantart.com/niivu/art/Windows-11-fo... ), the wallpaper and color change, and the corner corners are not applied
