How to properly install Python + Cheetah on Windows XP?
I need to install Python + Cheetah on Windows XP (sp3), python seems to be up, now I downloaded Cheetah , unpacked tar.gz to the root of the C:\ drive. The unpacked folder contains setup.py , and since I already have a python, according to the manual, I write on the command line python setup.py install
, and I get a message:
.
I encounter python for the first time, there is practically no documentation on cheetah, I don’t know how to solve the problem. Please describe the installation process and, perhaps, some characteristic nuances in working with this library.
Thank you.
